Studio Deremetz is an office for design in Berlin

This was one of my most challenging projects in Ireland, with demanding logistics behind it. Although it looks light and simple in its finished state, every beam was sawn from a tree on site and then transported to the workshop, where the timber joints were cut. The only constant on site was water – coming from all directions!
